Gabriel (Gabe) Colmenares is the president and founder of Ivy League Early Learning Academy with five successful early learning schools in the greater New York City area. Gabe and his family have a strong devotion to the care and education of children and their company is a front runner in early childhood education. Ivy League proudly cares and educates over 800 children a day. Recently having his young son diagnosed with Hunter Syndrome, he is using his knowledge and passion to serve on the Board of Saving Case & Friends, and is fully committed to do everything in his power to find the cure for those afflicted with Hunter Syndrome.
Gabe was born in Bogota, Colombia and came to the United States and settled in New York with his family when he was a year old. He is one of five children and graduated from Francis Lewis high school. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served his country. Upon discharge from the USAF and before founding Ivy League Early Learning Academy, he was employed by a clothing manufacturer in the IT department.
